You agree and confirm that only consumers making purchases after 25th October 2023 within selected malls owned by Nexus Select Trust are eligible to participate in this loyalty program.

You agree and confirm that Nexus Select Trust reserves the right to modify the reward program without any prior notice.

You agree and confirm that Nexus Select Trust reserves the right to deny any claimed rewards if the user is suspected of not being a genuine paying customer.

You agree and confirm that Loyalty Program Rewards shall not be exchanged for cash or equivalents.

You agree and confirm that Loyalty Program Rewards may not be transferred or clubbed with another participant.

It is deemed that you have forfeited your rewards if you do not claim your rewards as per the deadlines stated below.

You agree and confirm that you must claim your rewards before the spends lapse. Daily Spends lapse on the next day of purchase, Monthly spends lapse on the last calendar day of the month, and yearly spends lapse at the end of the calendar year i.e 31 December.

It is deemed that you have forfeited your rewards if you do not physically collect them from Mall Customer Desk within 7 days of claiming them.

You agree and confirm that all decisions of Nexus Select Trust with respect to the above and the T&C herein are final and binding on you.

This T&C shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Chandigarh.
